You decide what your sessions are worth. 30 or 60-minute calls, priced by you. We can suggest formats that work well for your discipline.
One session a month or five a week — you decide. Sync your calendar, pick the times you’re open, toggle availability off any week you need to step back. No charge for unbooked weeks.
They book a session in a time you’ve made available. We add the platform fee on top — paid by the mentee, never out of your earnings.
A calendar invite and video link land in your inbox. The mentee sends a short brief beforehand so you walk in ready. Run the call.
The held payment is released once the session completes. Mentees leave a review on your profile. Stripe payouts every week, tax docs handled.

We only get paid when you do. You set your price, and we add a fee on top (around 15–20%) that the mentee pays — not you. When a session books, we split the payment automatically. No subscription, no listing fee, no charge for unbooked weeks.
Filling it out takes about 5 minutes. We review applications within 3 to 5 business days and reply by email either way.
No. You set your own availability on Cal.com, you decide which sessions to accept, and you can take a week (or a month) off any time. We never put a session on your calendar without your approval.
Yes. Many mentors do. Once they’re on the platform, scheduling, payments, contracts and tax docs are all handled for you.
You’re under no obligation to accept any mentee. Each session stands on its own — if it didn’t click, you don’t have to book another. We can help if a conversation gets awkward.
